1,2,3 Cupcakes!
I love to make delicious cupcakes whenever I can and the easiest way possible! These are my 1,2,3 Cupcakes I made a couple of weeks ago. Down below are prep materials and ingredients!
Prep Materials:
1 large bowl
Measuring cups
Mixer (I use KitchenAid)
Spoons (or an ice cream scoop)
Cupcake liners
Cupcake pan
Ingredients:
1 box yellow (Pillsbury, etc) cake
(Whatever ingredients your box recommends)
-3 eggs (I used MAYO 1/4 cup per egg)
-1/4 cup oil (Vegetable oil)
-1 1/4 cup room temperature water
Bake Time!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees in "bake"
After mixing add to liners, put into oven for 18 minutes!
Turn off oven and let natural baking time and cool off
Let cupcakes cool fully on cooling rack
FROSTING TIME!
Once cooled use your favorite icing (I used milk chocolate from Pillsbury!)
I used a star tip and pressed in the middle and let go
I then sprinkle with my favorite type of sprinkles!
And you're all done! Bon a Pettit!
If you have questions let me know!
